Dongying Hebang Chemical Co., Ltd.'s 30,000 tons/year epichlorohydrin device process upgrade and renovation project announcement of the completion date and commissioning date of environmental protection facilities

 Dongying Hebang Chemical Co., Ltd.'s "30,000 tons/year Epichlorohydrin Device Process Upgrade and Renovation Project" obtained the approval document of Dongying Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau on January 30, 2024, with the approval number being Donghuan Audit [2024] No. 6 . The project is located west of Donggang Road and north of Gangbei 1st Road in Dongyinggang Chemical Industrial Park, and within the existing factory area of Dongying Hebang Chemical Co., Ltd., to re-approve the project. Mainly on the basis of the existing 30,000 tons/year epichlorohydrin oxide device, salt-containing wastewater purification device (including high-temperature wet oxidation treatment and MVR evaporation and crystallization), the original calcium chloride five-effect evaporation device is discontinued, and epoxy is transferred. The chloropropane cyclization process has been changed from calcium hydroxide method to sodium hydroxide method to realize the recycling of salt-containing wastewater, reduce the energy consumption of the device, and improve the comprehensive benefits of the device. Public works are shared with other projects in the entire plant. After the project transformation, the annual output of epoxy chloride hydrin is 30,000t/a, liquid sodium chloride (22%) is 137,827.98t/a, and solid sodium chloride (94%) is 32,897.90t/a. Liquid sodium chloride (22%) and solid sodium chloride (94%) are for use only and are not sold outside.

       According to the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Management of Environmental Protection and Management of Construction Projects Completion" (Order No. 682 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China), the "Announcement on the Issuance of the Interim Measures for Environmental Protection and Acceptance of Construction Projects Completion" (Guo Environmental Regulations [2017] No. 4) and other documents, etc. , Dongying Hebang Chemical Co., Ltd.'s 30,000 tons/year epoxy chlorohydrin device process upgrade and debugging date are now announced.
