The completion date and commissioning date of environmental protection and energy-saving comprehensive utilization technical transformation (incinerator) project (second stage) of Dongying Hebang Chemical Co., Ltd.

Dongying Hebang Chemical Co., Ltd.'s "Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Comprehensive Utilization Technical Transformation (Incinerator) Project" obtained the approval document of Dongying Port Economic Development Zone Branch of Dongying Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau (Donghuan Port Branch Construction Review [2022] 〕No. 7015). The project is located west of Donggang Road and north of Gangbei 1st Road in Dongyinggang Chemical Industrial Park, and within the existing factory area of Dongying Hebang Chemical Co., Ltd. A set of hazardous waste incineration treatment devices for waste liquid and waste gas treatment scale will be built, and a tank area and a temporary hazardous waste storage warehouse will be built. The project is constructed in phases. The first phase has started construction in May 2022 and completed in September 2022. The construction of incinerators, supporting tank areas, and hazardous waste temporary storage warehouses has been completed. In the first stage, only waste liquid and epoxy resin waste gas are incinerated and disposed of, DA009 exhaust gas (9# high hydrogen-containing chlorinated waste gas), wet oxidation (epoxy technical transformation) device exhaust gas and DA015 exhaust gas tank area absorb exhaust gas, etc. The waste gas is no longer connected to the incinerator, and the other seven waste gas pipeline access systems have not been completed. The first phase project will be independently accepted on August 24, 2023. Now that the construction of the other 7 waste gas pipeline access system has been completed, the second-stage environmental protection acceptance can be carried out.

       According to the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Management of Environmental Protection and Management of Construction Projects Completion" (Order No. 682 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China), the "Announcement on the Issuance of the Interim Measures for Environmental Protection and Acceptance of Construction Projects Completion" (Guo Environmental Regulations [2017] No. 4) and other documents, etc. , Dongying Hebang Chemical Co., Ltd.'s environmental protection and energy-saving comprehensive utilization technical transformation (incinerator) project (second phase) will now publicize the completion date and commissioning date of environmental protection facilities.
