Dongying Hebang Chemical Co., Ltd.'s "Environmental Impact Report Form for Liquid Hydrogen chloride Filling and Renovation Project" obtained the approval document of Dongying Port Economic Development Zone Branch of Dongying Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau on March 2, 2023, with the approval number being Donghuan Port Branch Construction Review [2023] No. 7008. The project is located west of Donggang Road and north of Gangbei 1st Road in Dongyinggang High-end Petrochemical and New Materials Industrial Park, Dongyinggang High-end Petrochemical and New Materials Industrial Park, and is a technical transformation project. Technical transformation is mainly carried out on the basis of the existing 5,000 tons/year hydrogen chloride (anhydrous) filling equipment, a new steel structure filling workshop for pipe bundling vehicles was built, two new filling pumps were added, corrosion-resistant water ring vacuum pumps and floor scales were added. 1 unit, 2 finished storage tanks. After the technical transformation, only the filling station of the tube bundle vehicle will be increased, and the annual capacity of liquid hydrogen chloride (anhydrous) remains unchanged.

       According to the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Management of Environmental Protection and Management of Construction Projects Completion" (Order No. 682 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China), the "Announcement on the Issuance of the Interim Measures for Environmental Protection and Acceptance of Construction Projects Completion" (National Environmental Regulations and Environmental Assessment [2017] No. 4) and other documents, etc. , the completion date and commissioning date of the environmental protection facilities of Dongying Hebang Chemical Co., Ltd.'s liquid hydrogen chloride filling and renovation project are now announced.
