Specialized and special new "little giant" enterprise is a national qualification, which represents that the enterprise has outstanding innovation ability, core technology and high market share in the subdivision field. According to the "management measures for gradient cultivation of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises" revised by the Ministry of industry and information technology in January 2026, the system implements a step-by-step cultivation mechanism, which needs to obtain the identification of science and technology and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, specialized new small and medium-sized enterprises, and specialized new "little giant" enterprises in turn, and can not be declared across levels. The successful identification marks that the company's technical strength, innovation ability and market position in the field of fine chemical and electronic materials segmentation have been recognized by the national authority, and the enterprise development has stepped to a new level.
